Terms 

The services to be provided by the mentor to the client are coaching or telecoaching, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching which is not therapy or counselling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life or profession.   

 

Mentoring Relationship 

Throughout the working relationship, we will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the mentor to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the mentoring relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the mentoring relationship be powerful. 

 

Description of Duties of Client 

 

1. Complete journaling, meditations and yoga sequences in order to be open for coaching

2. Attend coaching calls

 

3. Prepare for calls adequately to get the most from each call. 

 

4. Be totally focused, present and open during all calls.

 

 

Description of Duties and Responsibilities of Rosa Dluginsky

 

1. Actively coach/mentor the client,  keep them accountable and hold space for them to get clarity, confidence and direction in their process.

 

2. Attend all scheduled course calls. On occasion calls may need to be rescheduled due to travel or other issues. 

 

3. Be totally focused, present and creative during all calls and not hold anything back, even when things come up that are challenging to talk about.  

 

4. Provide support by text, email or additional calls. (time for response 24-48h)

The Program is non-refundable

 

Payment Plan:

Installments of _____________will be made until the amount of $1,500.00 paid in full.

 

Declaration 

1. Professional mentoring is distinctly different from counselling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional mentoring does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. 

 

2. Understanding and Independent Counsel: Client acknowledges a right to independent counsel before voluntarily signing this agreement.   

 

3. The Mentor can make no official guarantee of  results. The client’s results are dependent upon a number of factors outside of the Mentor's control. The Client acknowledges that Mentor’s services are advisory and supportive only and that Client bears sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in the Client’s process. Client agrees to forever indemnify and hold harmless Mentor from and against any loss, cost or expenses whatsoever resulting from Client’s activities related to the subject matter.   

 

4. Entire Agreement: This Agreement and the documents delivered under this Agreement together constitute the entire contract and understanding between the parties and supersede any prior contracts, agreements and understanding relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be modified or amended only by a written instrument duly authorized and executed by the parties, including email.   

 

5. This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of  New York. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall be severed and remain in full force.   

 

6. The terms of this Agreement will be deemed to be acceptable upon signing.
